Bird nest

The space The house is 20m2 downstairs and 20m2 upstairs. Downstairs there’s a living room, a kitchen, a toilet and a shower. On the second floor we have a bedroom and a tiny balcony of 3m2. The house has an air conditioning system and an automatic ventilation system with fresh air valves. - In the bedroom there’s a king size bed with all the necessary bedding and towels for the guests. - The living room has a 43 inch android/ smart tv, a dining table, a coffee table, very cozy lights and a bio fireplace. WI-FI is also included. - The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, 2- hole induction hob, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, pots and pans and accessories with tableware for 2 people. - On the 25m2 terrace there is a coffee table, two chairs and a new ceramic grill “Small Black Egg”. Guest access - A lot of recommendations of the surrounding areas to visit and the island of Saaremaa has a whole (included in the PDF file) - Paddle board rent (2 boards with lifejackets) -Very private place. The whole area, including the 1700m2 of garden surrounded by a fence, will be all yours to enjoy. - During summertime we also offer our guests a small boat for rowing or for going fishing for the northern pikes on the nearby lake. (Only 400meters from the house) - During wintertime our guests can enjoy ice skating on the small pond next to the house. - It is possible to rent our new luxurious sauna 200m away from “Bird Nest” (if somebody havent already booked our another accommondation). Please ask for extra information. Other things to note Don't worry about the wild animals, they are a part of our wonderful nature :)
