Peaceful and centrally-located place, completely remodeled as of May 28, 2023. Everything is new in this condo and in pristine condition. Pacific Ave. 6 is a 2-story 2-bedroom condo sleeping a maximum of 6 persons. On the first floor, there's a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a glass table and 6 chairs, and a living room with a leather sofa and chair. Laundry room next to the kitchen, as well as a half bathroom. On the second, the master bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a full closet. The second bedroom has 2 queen-size beds, a closet, and an ensuite bathroom. Free parking space right next to the entrance door (fit small car). AC units on the first floor, and in each bedroom. High-speed internet with 200mbs, with a booster tower on the second floor. We have a ROKU in the living room, and another one in the master bedroom, giving you access to Netflix, Youtube, Prime etc., and with hundreds of channels. We provide our guests: 4 beach chairs (100$ fee per chair if lost or stolen) and 8 beach towels. In the laundry room, you will have access to the washer and dryer, with detergent. You also will have in the kitchen: ground coffee, milk (small one to start with), sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, popcorn (we have a great machine!), paper towels, dish soap, and all the necessary to cook, as well and dish clothes and sponges. And of course, toilet paper in each bathroom, 10 bath towels, 10 hand towels, 10 wash towels, and a backup sheet set for each bed. Entire property. Available on demand. We live 2 blocks from the property, so we can go anytime if needed. We own the Remax office in Tamarindo (in the Sunrise complex, in front of the beach). You can always go there if you need help or to connect to our wifi. Our assistant Derrick will be happy to assist. We are open from Monday through Friday, 9-5. Everything is within walking minutes - shops, restaurants, bars, boutiques, banks, grocery stores (the closest one is Vindi Automercado, 100m), and the beach. Easy to rent a golf cart to drive around town, we can give you the contacts. We have a plug in the garage to recharge. Save some money! You don't need to rent a car to visit Tamarindo and Langosta. Everything is within minutes of the condo! La Buena Vida is a complex of only 9 units, very quiet and partially rented. Some owners live there full-time. It is located in town, with steps to restaurants and amenities. Small traffic noise can be expected while outside but it is very quiet inside the condo and at the pool area. The main road is not paved yet (will be soon) so until then, the balcony on the second floor gets dusty daily. We removed the screens from the windows so we expect you to use the AC and ceiling fans while inside, to control the dust. Water is scarce in Guanacaste and electricity is expensive in Costa Rica, at $0.22/kw; 4-5x more than in North America. We are asking for the cooperation of our guests, to help keep the cost of rentals reasonable. Please shut down the AC's and lights when you are leaving, and use the washer/dryer when needed only. Hot and long showers are great but best to keep it short :-)
