The house consists of a living room with lounge (TV and Wi-Fi) and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher). Two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed (160 x 200) and another with two 90 x 190 beds. A bathroom and separate toilet. You will also have two exteriors: - A 35 m2 courtyard that also serves as private parking (Very appreciable in summer when it is sometimes very difficult to find a space) - A 35 m2 south-facing roof terrace. The house is ideally located in a cul-de-sac in the center of Saint-Aubin, close to all amenities (bakery, supermarket, casino) within walking distance and 250 m from the beach. Linens are provided. Other things to note The property must be left clean. Vacuumed, surfaces cleaned, beds undone and dishes clean and tidy, garbage cans emptied. Housekeeping package available upon request.
