The Blue Spruce: An Alaskan Stay

Relax at "The Blue Spruce" located in a quiet residential Lower Hillside neighborhood on a peaceful cul-de-sac in South Anchorage near Abbott Community Park & Far North Bicentennial Park.The Blue Spruce is just 15 minutes from the airport with easy access to the highway for everything Anchorage has to offer and beyond. This spacious one bedroom flat is designed with you in mind. I am an avid Airbnb traveler, I priortized the small details that make your stay stand out above the rest. The space The Blue Spruce has a private entrance, it has one bedroom with a queen size bed, private bathroom with full tub and shower, fully equiped kitchen, cozy living room with large sectional, and large smart tv. There is an additional queen bed located in living room with a room divider for privacy, dedicted work space, full size washer and dryer, closet with luxurious robes , and outdoor sitting area. Remolded and updated in 2023 the bedroom has a new headboard and brand new queen size mattress. You may want to dine in and take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen, with ample counter space, and kitchen accessories. There is a bistro table and chairs for outdoor seating as well. Guest access The Blue Spruce is located thru a gate to the side of our house, there are a few steps to access the private entrance. A round black sign is posted near the front door. Attractions nearby: * 3 minutes to Abbott Loop Community Park with access to endless miles of hiking and biking trails including groomed and lit trails in the winter * 3 minutes to grocery stores (Carrs and Fred Meyers) * 8 minutes to Alaska Botanical Gardens * 8 minutes to Anchorage Golf Course * 4 minutes to Hilltop Ski Area * 5 minutes to Alaska Zoo * 10 minutes to Potter’s Marsh Wildlife Viewing Boardwalk * 14 minutes to downtown Anchorage * 15 minutes to Flattop / Glen Alps Trailhead parking * 15 minutes to the airport * 20 minutes to Kincaid Park Other things to note The Blue Spruce is located on the lower level of our home. You do not need to have any contact with us, but we are happy to help and answer any questions you have about Alaska! Also please note we have one small dog, that will not have access to The Blue Spruce. Unfortunately The Blue Spruce is not suitable to host children under the age of ten. The front door is accessed to the side of our home. It is a separate area complete with full kitchen, private bathroom, living room, one bedroom, washer and dyer, additional queen bed in livingroom with divider for privacy.
