Casa Olfa, located in Branville in the heart of the Pays d’Auge, is a spacious and comfortable house that welcomes you in a peaceful setting between the sea and the countryside, just 10 minutes from the beaches of Villers-sur-Mer and about 15 minutes from Cabourg. One of the house’s greatest assets is its 4 × 8 meter (13 × 26 foot) heated outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or a walk in the Normandy countryside. The space Casa Olfa was designed to welcome families and groups of friends, it combines comfort, generous spaces and conviviality, to share unforgettable moments. The house can accommodate up to 12 guests. It has 4 bedrooms with double beds as well as a large modular dormitory with 6 single beds or 4 single beds and 1 double bed. The ground floor opens onto a large bright and friendly living space, consisting of: • A comfy living room with TV • A large dining table for 10. • A fully equipped modern kitchen, with all the necessary appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, filtered coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, microwave...) • A back kitchen with a laundry area with a washing machine, ect. Rooms: • 4 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom and WC. • A large modular dorm, ideal for children or groups, also has its own private bathroom and shower room. 6 single beds or 4 single bunk beds + 1 double bed. Outside The outdoor space allows you to fully enjoy the Norman setting. You can take advantage of: • The heated outdoor pool with electric cover, from May until the end of September. • A large electric plancha. • Chairs and lounge area around the pool • Garden furniture, perfect for sharing meals and gentle evenings outdoors. Guest access The whole house. Other things to note FAMILY STAY ONLY. This house is exclusively for family stays. Out of respect for the neighborhood, there is a zero-tolerance policy regarding noise pollution. Parties, gatherings, and festive events, especially outdoors, are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties and immediate termination of the stay. Please avoid making noise on the terrace after 10 pm. A prefectural order was filed by the town hall. A cleaning package including bed linen is included in the overall price. Please let us know the exact number of guests so we can best prepare the bed layout. Bath towels are available for an additional fee: • €5 per kit/person (one small and one large towel). Pool towels are also available for an extra charge: • €3.50 per large towel. The pool is usable and heated from early May to late September.
