Casa Olfa, located in Branville in the heart of the Pays d’Auge, is a spacious and comfortable house that welcomes you in a peaceful setting between the sea and the countryside, just 10 minutes from the beaches of Villers-sur-Mer and about 15 minutes from Cabourg. One of the house’s greatest assets is its 4 × 8 meter (13 × 26 ft) heated outdoor pool, heated to 32°C (90°F), ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or a walk in the Normandy countryside. The space Casa Olfa has been designed to welcome families and groups of friends; it combines comfort, generous spaces, and a friendly atmosphere, allowing you to share unforgettable moments. The house can accommodate up to 12 guests. It has 4 bedrooms with double beds, as well as a large, modular dormitory with 6 single beds or 4 single beds and 1 double bed. The ground floor opens onto a large, bright, and welcoming living space, comprising: • A comfortable living room with TV • A large dining table for 10 people. • A modern, fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, stove, microwave, etc.) • A back kitchen with a laundry area including a washing machine, etc. Rooms: • 4 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and toilet. • A large, flexible dormitory, ideal for children or groups, also has its own private bathroom and shower room. 6 single beds or 4 single bunk beds + 1 double bed. Outside The outdoor space allows you to fully enjoy the Normandy setting.
