The ground floor has a large living area with a 75-inch smart TV, indoor and outdoor dining tables and a fully equipped kitchen. Phuket's mild and warm weather makes it ideal for enjoying lazy family dinners by the pool, where your children can play and have fun without any worries. This is possible because the pool is equipped with the Purapool system, which filters the water for perfect hygiene without using any chemicals. It is the same technique used for treating bottled water with ozone and UV, ensuring a clean and safe swimming environment. The French windows open fully, integrating the living room with a large sun deck to create a huge living space. There are 4 large ensuite bedrooms, each featuring floating beds, wardrobes and a desk with a chair. Guest access The villa is 100% yours. The pool is private. There is a gated car-park. Other things to note Our price is all inclusive: electricity is included, which is unusual in Phuket. And there is no extra Airbnb service fees to add to the rental price. Check-out cleaning and light-speed WIFI are also included. Children and infants are welcome, and we can provide a baby cot and a baby chair upon request. There is no extra charge for children, until 12 years old, sharing an existing bed. We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a regular basis. After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need.
