Casa Antonio is a private villa with pool in Le Marche region, in the small borgo of Mogliano. Surrounded by green hilly scenery, with a fine view over the Sibillini mountains, it is the perfect combination of peace and simplicity, the ideal place to savour the traditional flavours of Le Marche countryside, far from the frenetic rhythms of the city. The space The owners, English but partly of Italian origin, have preserved the original architecture of the building with all the typically local farmhouse details, combining simplicity and functionality, with an eye to the natural environment. The large windows on the ground floor let the sunlight in, giving the property a warm and friendly atmosphere, which makes guests feel part of the unspoilt natural countryside. The farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden, full of old trees including an olive grove and a splendid mulberry tree, which gives a lot of shade during the summer. Guests can benefit of an equipped area for al fresco dining with barbecue and a panoramic salt water pool which can be also heated for the guests' sole use. The property is totally fenced-in. The farmhouse is on three levels. On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen with dining area, sitting room, laundry room and double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. An original steep stone staircase with narrow steps leads to the first floor composed of two double bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and bath and a smaller sitting room/study with TV and sofa bed (single), which leads to the top floor where there is a double bedroom (or twin beds upon request) with ensuite bathroom with shower. Guest access Guests have full access to the property, which is for their exclusive use.
