Great 1 bedroom apartment in the centre of Seville, very well connected to access from the airport, train station... Very close to the Triana Bridge and a few minutes walk from the Arenal district and other main tourist attractions such as the Cathedral and the Alcazar (11min walk). The apartment is perfect for couples who want to spend a quiet stay and enjoy our city. There are plenty of bars, markets and local shops close by the apartment. The space The apartment is on the first floor of the building, but there is a lift. The access is through a nice typical Sevillian inner courtyard, which provides peace and quiet at night. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, a living room with sofa and TV, perfect to relax after a long day sightseeing the city, a small but very functional kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances (full kitchenware, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, washing machine...) and a fully renovated bathroom with shower. In addition, the apartment has all the basic equipment such as iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clothes line... It also has centralised air conditioning/heating and WiFi. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire flat. Respect for the common areas of the building and neighbours is mandatory. Other things to note Access to the apartment can be made after 16:00, although we will be happy to receive our guests before that time if the availability of the accommodation allows it. Similarly, the departure time at 11:00 can be extended with possible additional cost, provided it is compatible with subsequent reservations.
