Guest access All Hotel Guests will have access to Hotel Lobby & Corridor (Ground Floor). All Hotel rooms will be located at Level 3 and Level 4 of the building. Level 1 & Level 2 are strictly prohibited for Hotel Guests. Other things to note To ensure all our guests are safe, secured and able to enjoy the Hotel experience to its fullest, we have in place general policies that we need all our guests to abide to! 1. GENERAL POLICIES DAMAGE TO HOTEL/SERVICE SUITE PROPERTY The Hotel/Service Suite reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Hotel/Service Suite’s property, amenities or structure. PROHIBITED ITEMS The following items are not permitted in the Hotel/Service Suite premises: ○ No Durians. ○ Flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials ○ Objects emitting a foul odour ○ Unregistered firearms or other weapons ○ Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities ○ Articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit acts ○ Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Malaysia. The Hotel/Service Suite reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest found to be in possession of prohibited items. Guests shall be solely liable and responsible for all loss financial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such items. VISITORS In the interest of your well-being and security, all visitors are required to register at the Front Desk and are requested to leave guestrooms by 11.00 p.m. 2. HEALTH AND WELL-BEING POLICIES EXCESSIVE NOISE AND PARTIES T​o ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, the Hotel/Service Suite upholds a strict zero tolerance policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding the numbers of permitted guests or otherwise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the Hotel/Service Suite without refund. SMOKING The Hotel/Service Suite has only non-smoking rooms. ​Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the Hotel/Service Suite. There will be a RM300 fee for thorough cleaning services charged to any non-smoking room that has been smoked in to restore it back to its original condition.
