If you'd like to watch Netflix or YouTube on the smart TV, please sign in using your own account. And sign out when you're check out. The washing machine is located on the balcony. Guests should bring their own detergent as some may have allergies or have a sensitive skin. If you don’t want to wash by yourself then I would recommend “WashDrop laundry” you can search from google website or download their App (they will come pick up and drop off at the condo). The trash bin is located inside the fire exit door near the elevator. Please leave the door open while disposing of trash (The fire exit door cannot be opened from the inside once it is closed. If the fire exit door is closed, you will need to walk down the stairs to the ground floor to exit the building.) To keep our space clean and prevent pests, please throw away food scraps in the bin everyday. Please note that the gym and pool are accessible free of charge between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. For the comfort and safety of all guests, we respectfully ask that you dry yourself before re-entering to the building. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
