Relax with the whole family in this beautiful wooden house, with lots of nature around and a large leisure area. A peaceful environment within a gated community between the foot of Serra do Mar and Massaguaçu Beach. The space ————— THE HOUSE It can accommodate 10 people, including children. We do not make exceptions for more people in the residence for the sake of the guests' comfort. The Park is a condominium with a lot of security (24-hour rounds by guards) and exuberant nature, crossed by streams of crystal clear water and located at the foot of Serra do Mar, just 2 km from Massaguaçu beach, with restaurants and supermarkets in the region. The condominium performs the entrance control, and we will need the data of all guests for the authorization. We do not accept pets. The house is open, in addition to the pool not having a protective grid and having woods around it. So, for their safety, we have chosen not to allow them. The house has no gate at the entrance and has a garage for 4 cars. The house voltage is 220V. ————— CONDOMINIUM Located in one of the most famous condominiums of Caraguatatuba, Park Imperial is in a forest reserve next to the woods. In it, you will also have the opportunity to cool off in streams and a delicious natural pool with a waterfall and a restaurant that serves tasty homemade meals in the midst of nature, in addition to serving with a small grocery store that has the main items for an emergency and with the convenience of not having to pay the condominium fee. All within a short walk. At the entrance of the condominium, there is also a playground equipped for children. Close to Massaguaçu, Cocanha and Lagoa Azul beaches, it is a unique place that mixes the best of the beach with the mountains. It provides great contact with nature and even the possibility of seeing animals typical of the Atlantic Forest, such as sloths, toucans, anteaters, monkeys and others. (IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO FEED OR TOUCH THE ANIMALS). Attention to the condominium rules described below! ————— BEDROOMS The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite). The en-suite has a double bed and a bunk bed, as well as a wardrobe for use, and also has a ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, and a bunk bed, a dresser for use, as well as a ceiling fan. In it, you will also find floor fans for use. The 3rd bedroom is next to and in front of the bathroom. It has 2 single beds, in addition to a ceiling fan and a dresser. ————— LIVING ROOM The living room has sofas, a rocking chair, TV and Wi-Fi internet. ————— BALCONY The entire house is a balcony. In this area, you will find a swinging bench and a swinging chair. On the side of the balcony, there is a rest area with sofas and armchairs and a coffee table, as well as hooks for 3 hammocks (they are stored inside the wardrobe of the suite). At the back of the balcony, you have a full view of the pool, barbecue area and the woods. ————— BOTTOM It has space for 4 cars. There is a pool table, a sofa next to it, and a ping pong table. There is also a sitting area with sofas and armchairs. We have a wooden table for 12 people, as well as plastic tables and chairs. There is another bathroom with shower in this part. —————- BARBECUE GRILL In the barbecue area, you have a refrigerator, full sink, counter for support, plus a large counter to serve and another 4 stools in front of it. —————- SWIMMING POOL Located in front of the barbecue area. The pool attendant always leaves the pool in great condition before each guest's arrival, and during the stay, he may show up in the morning on some days to keep it clean. However, some strong winds or rains can knock down leaves and organic matter overnight. —————— CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT We work with self check-in, and your access to the house will be done by releasing the password before the start of your stay. The password is changed with each visit. An entry/exit control is made at the condominium entrance, and we will need the names, document numbers of the guests and vehicle information (model and license plate) to authorize everyone's entry with the Park administration. Upon arrival and throughout the entire stay, the host will be available by phone to resolve any questions or needs. After guests check out, a house inspection will be conducted at the time of cleaning ————— HOUSE RULES We always try to welcome everyone in the best possible way, and to leave the house in order so that they have the best experience possible. We count on your understanding and care, and we ask that you carefully read the observations and house rules below: —————- HOUSE ITEMS: It is the guest's responsibility to take good care of the house as if it were their own, taking responsibility for any damages caused by the misuse of the use of furniture, electronics, swimming pool, barbecue or any item that may be damaged due to improper use. If you have questions about the use of any equipment, the host will always be available to the guest; Please let us know whenever something is damaged or broken during your stay. Accidents happen, and we want to replace/repair so that our next visitors have everything available at all times. Cases of misuse or abuse will be charged. Visits by any guest of the guests are strictly prohibited in the house. ————— BED ITEMS We DO NOT provide bed linen, blankets, and towels. Some pillows will be available around the house. We ask that you take care to avoid irreversibly staining bedspreads, pillows, sofas and rugs. If they are damaged or stained by improper use, the replacement value will be charged, or an extra washing fee for the cleaning lady. ————— CLEANLINESS The cleaning fee charged on the reservation refers only to the daily rate of the professional responsible for the daily cleaning of the house after your group leaves. Their job is to do the normal cleaning, i.e., washing floors, bathrooms, kitchen, as well as cleaning, tidying up and preparing the house for the arrival of the next guests; Guests are aware that this cleaning fee does NOT INCLUDE the cleaning of excessive dirt caused by parties, misuse of bathrooms and other environments, as well as other possible damages that may be observed and photographed in the inspection after your group leaves. The guest must reimburse the owner for any such damages. ————— TRASH It is FORBIDDEN to leave trash inside the house, on the street floor or unbagged, because due to the location in front of the forest, this can attract insects and other animals, in addition to violating environmental laws in case of improper disposal in the environment. —————- CONDOMINIUM RULES Guests will have access to the condominium's swimming pools, as well as the children's playground and restaurant. If you need tips on these locations, you can count on the host; the condominium is located in an environmental reserve, and has rules that must be fully respected, such as the prohibition of the use of fireworks or the like, the non-pollution of rivers and land, among others. Guests must respect and live in harmony with the neighbors. Any fines received by the owner for any non-compliance with the condominium rules and/or environmental laws during the hosting period will be passed on in full to the responsible guests, who agree that they will bear the costs.
