You’ll enter the apartment into a living room filled with natural light. This airy, soft living area is a great place to unwind and watch a good show at night, or read a book while the sun pours through the glass balcony doors. Before you get too distracted by the scenery, go claim your bedroom and unpack. It might be a tough choice, as all three bedrooms come with a premium king-size bed and private balcony access. The spacious primary suite comes with a TV, ample natural light, and your very own ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy. The second downstairs bedroom offers access to the private downstairs terrace and comes with plenty of closet space and an ensuite bathroom. And the third bedroom with a private balcony and TV has a full bathroom right outside the door. All settled in? Great! Now you get to enjoy the apartment’s magnificent features. We’ve curated the space to make you feel totally comfortable, so take advantage of the AC on hot days and the in-unit washer and dryer. No laundromats to worry about here! Our Gigabit WiFi and private parking also amps up the convenience factor. And get this: you’ll also have access to a private beach club on the strip with its own bar, restaurant, beach chairs, and an oceanfront pool. Pretty spectacular for an affordable family getaway in paradise! Guest access There is an internet controlled door lock. A code will be provided. Other things to note Pets allowed. There is security in the lobby of the Brava Towers complex 24 hours a day. Brava towers has access to the private beach club called Kai Beach Club. You will have to pay 200 pesos to park, but then only for what you eat or drink. The club is in the Nature Preserve part of Tulum, so they will check that you are not bringing any plastic drinking bottles or alcohol in your car. Be prepared and do not take it. They will have water, a bar, and food at the club. There are pictures of it in the listing under the heading Event Room or you could look it up on the internet. The club is about 15 minutes from the Condo. It is a lovely family place. Tulum is a beautiful destination in the Caribbean jungle. It is a growing and quickly developing area. Unfortunately the utilities are not fully reliable. The charm of the area that people seek, also creates frustrations for first world travelers. There are frequent power and internet outages that are usually fixed very quickly. If this is a big problem for you, please look elsewhere. We cannot be responsible for utility provider service issues. We subscribe and when provided, all the listed amenities are available.
