This 50m2 apartment is a great place to stay at during your time in Amsterdam!  Located in an awesome street with a great atmosphere. There is a bright living room with lots of natural light, two bedrooms with comfortable beds and a bathroom & separate toilet. The space is well located in the Jordaan area, within only minutes walking to famous markets and shopping streets in the Jordaan. Professionaly cleaned! The apartment is fully private, what you see in the pictures is 100% yours. The space The apartment is located on the corner of a closed canal. Because of its location, traffic consists of residents only. So it's relatively quiet while only a few steps away from the more crowded Jordaan and rest of Amsterdam. The house is situated on the south-west and sunlight comes in all day long, which makes the house very light. There is a little playground and table tennis outside in the street. The house was (re)built in 1930, is registered as an Amsterdam monument and the interior has been completely reconstructed in 2022. Combi Microwave and oven is available ✅ Guest access ✅ You have full access to the whole apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom and living room. You do not have to share this apartment with others. Make yourself comfortable as if it is your own apartment! ✅ Please note that there are no cooking facilities in the apartment. There is no cooking stove. Because of the regulations of the municipality, it had to be removed. ✅ There are loads of nice restaurants closeby. And you could also order in food from UberEats or Deliveroo. ✅ Happy to accomodate any special request. We want you to have a memorable stay . ✅ Guest satisfaction is our number 1 priority! Other things to note ✅The two single beds in bedroom 1, can placed together to make a queen size bed or placed as being two single beds. ✅Please note that there is no cooking stove in the apartment. There is a microwave/oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, fridge, plates, glasses, cutlery,...And countless restaurants and take-away options within walking distance. ✅ We will welcome you into a warm and 100% clean apartment. We greatly value the importance of cleanliness. ✅ For your comfort, we will provide you with freshly made up beds and towels upon arrival. The linnen and towels, as the studio in general, get professionaly cleaned between every rental period. ✅Standard/official check-in time is anytime from 3pm onwards. If no guests are departing on the day of your arrival, an early check-in or luggage drop off might be possible. If no guests are arriving on the day of your arrival, a late(r) check-out or luggage storage might be possible.
