This unique residence features a large living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom. There is also a large veranda out front to the sea. The spacious living room features an L-shaped sofa, rocking chair and flatscreen TV as well as a dining area for 6-8 people. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen separated by a counter and shelf-wall features, amongst others, a stove, fridge and coffee machine. AELIA has 2 bedrooms: the first with a double bed, desk, chairs and furnishings - all of rattan; the other with 2 single beds. Both rooms offer ample closet storage space. The large outdoor wrap-around veranda features a big dining table and chairs Further amenities include A/C throughout the property, sunbeds and proximity to the beach. Beach towels are also provided. Please note the property owners have access to a small cottage on the far end of the backside garden of the premises in order to come tend the garden and sometimes relax on weekends.
