An apartment with floor space of over 100 m² and a balcony located in the heart of Trastevere, in a central and ideal position that lets you reach the Gianicolo, Campo de’ Fiori, Piazza Venezia, Castel Sant'Angelo and St. Peter's in just a few minutes. The location has direct transport links with Fiumicino airport and Termini station. It has been designed to provide a comfortable stay, with large, bright spaces for up to 6 guests. The space The apartment consists of a kitchen with living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a long, wide hallway, and a balcony. The rooms are large, airy, bright and spacious and each have powerful air conditioners. Two of the rooms have walk-in closets and the third has a wardrobe. The apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi, to allow the smart TV to connect to on-demand services or your private Prime/Netflix account, and all the appliances needed to make your stay comfortable (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob with oven and ironing accessories, in addition to kitchen racks and several small appliances such as a toaster, kettle, immersion blender, etc.). We provide a toiletries kit in addition to linen and towels, and an initial quantity of tea/coffee/sugar, and dishwashing and laundry detergent. The 10-meter hallway is furnished with bookshelves on which you can find numerous tourist guides, maps and books. Guest access Guest are allowed access to the entire the house. Other things to note On request, we can set up a camp bed complete with mattress for kids (0-36). The apartment also has a long balcony overlooking the rooftops of Trastevere.
