Our detached wooden house "Kleine Auszeit" is located in beautiful nature in the Extertal vacation park directly by the forest and was completely renovated by us with a lot of love for detail in our own work in the Nordic style. An extensively equipped kitchen, fireplace, bed linens/towels included, 2 beautiful terraces with garden furniture, barbecue and views leave nothing to be desired and invite you to cook and relax together. The hiking trails are very close. The space Our vacation home, renovated in 2023, offers space for a maximum of 4 adult people such as solo travelers, couples, friends, peace seekers, hiking and bike fans, amateur chefs, nature photographers, very comfortably furnished on an area of about 65 m². The house is not suitable for fitters. It is not suitable for children under 6 years of age. Including bed linens + towels and wood (if available). A small hallway with space for jackets and shoes leads to the other rooms, all on the ground floor, no stairs. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with cozy beds. The master bedroom has a double bed in 1.60 x 2.00 m with separate back-friendly mattresses including slatted base, a chest of drawers and an open clothes rail with hangers. The small bedroom with a double bed with a continuous mattress in 1.40 x 2.00 m, bedside table, wall cupboards and clothes rail is very cozy. The beds are already made upon arrival. The blackout blinds ensure a pleasant night's rest. The highlight of the house is the large open-plan kitchen-living room. A complete, very well-equipped kitchen with real wood countertop, dishwasher, oven, fridge, Nespresso, FrenchPress, hand mixer, kettle, toaster, cutlery, glasses, dishes, cooking and baking utensils makes the cooking heart beat faster. Salt, pepper & olive oil, extensive spice rack are also provided. We provide a supply of coffee/tea and wine is available at cost price. A dining table with 4 chairs is large enough to eat all meals there, use it as a workplace or organize a game night together. The living area has a comfortable couch, a fireplace, a TV with FireTV stick (streaming services provided), Blueray/DVD player and internet radio. The fiber optic connection ensures a good network. (WiFi included) Of course, there are plenty of books and games. (I'm happy to lend you games from my large board game collection to try out. Please feel free to contact me in advance.) There is even room for the two existing yoga mats for meditation and exercise. Yoga and meditation are also available outdoors. From the living area you have a direct view of the newly designed terrace with garden furniture, Weber grill, 2 loungers and our wild perennial bed. From here you can reach the sun terrace with views over the beautiful nature via the short nature trail. The bathroom is small but nice with large walk-in rain shower, vintage wash cabinet. Hairdryer, makeup mirror, towels, shower bath, shampoo, toilet paper is all available. In the storage room you will find a Miele vacuum cleaner and cleaning agents for cleaning in between. Biovinyl flooring is laid throughout the house and we used ecological chalk paints. The location in the holiday park is in a cul-de-sac and rather on the edge of the park, no through traffic. It's very quiet, so you can relax and unwind. The park is located directly on the hiking trail. Guest access Basically, the whole house including terrace and garden can be used. Other things to note Our house is a non-smoking house and no pets are allowed. Heating mainly via fireplace (firewood available and included in the price) In winter, the bathroom, bedroom and living room can be heated with the electric heaters. Linens/towels/dish towels are included. Beds are then already made on arrival! We provide a selection of coffee and tea and a small selection of wines at cost price. We would like to offer our guests an all-round service. Electricity costs and firewood (if available) are included. We ask that you use electricity sparingly. This is clearer for us and our guests!
