Large modern family house close to the beach of Bloemendaal aan Zee and Zandvoort. Also very close to Haarlem city centre. The house is wel decorated and very stylish and modern. Everything you need for a pleasant stay for you and your children! Free parking in the street! No smoking indoors and no pets The house and the quiet residential area are particularly suitable for families and as a starting point for countless excursions to the varied surroundings. You can park with us for free in front of the house. The space Ground floor On the ground floor there is the entrance, a spacious wardrobe and the bright living room with an open and spacious eat-in kitchen. There is a large TV and open fireplace and plenty of toys for children aged 3-7. 2 children's chairs are provided. In the kitchen there is an oven, stove, coffee maker and kettle as well as an air fryer. The double doors in the kitchen lead to the garden, where a gas grill is available. You still have sun here until the evening and can end the day with a glass of wine. Floor 1 On the first floor is the 2nd toilet in the bathroom including double sink and bathtub (practical after a visit to the beach!). The spacious master bedroom has a large wardrobe, an Auping double bed and a balcony. On the same floor there is a children's room with a house-shaped bed and the laundry room with washing machine + dryer. 2nd floor The 2nd floor is where you can find the second, smaller but chic and recently renovated bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the actual study there is a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed. Air conditioning and automatic blinds are provided.
