Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Empire, Glen Arbor, Traverse City, Lake Ann, and Frankfort are all very close. Beaches, shops, trails and so much more! Enjoy this quiet area while still being close to the fun activities the area has to offer. The space You'll love the quiet area for relaxing and enjoying Northern Michigan. Full first floor access for the whole family with washer and dryer. Cozy living space to make a meal and hang out if you choose to. Chickens on property make for a fun mini farm experience! There are 2 exterior cameras on the property. One is on the back porch pointing at the chicken coop to keep an eye out for predators. The other is on the satellite dish pole in the front yard to view the driveway. Neither camera can see into the house!!!! Guest access You will have full access to the main level of the house including the spacious mudroom to store any beach toys/chairs, coats/shoes, etc that you bring with you. Access will not be available to the garage, pole barn or storage shed. Please avoid the outbuilding at the back of the property as it is not safe. Other things to note A few random quirks of the house...it was built early 70's and uses much more electricity now than then...sometimes the lights dim when the furnace/ac turn on. Also, the tv's randomly turn on by themselves! I have no idea why!! 🤷‍♀️ This is a farm in the country and bugs are common... sometimes in the home. Weevils are an example of these. They're a small beetle type bug that are completely harmless. You can vacuum them up. Pesticides are not effective or necessary. No mail delivered to this address please.
