This lovely vacation villa is located in the quiet new development of Vista Montana, about a 10-minute drive from Mambo beach and Jan Thiel beach and can accommodate 6 people. The villa is equipped with a private swimming pool and a spacious garden where you can enjoy both the sun and the shade. You can also enjoy a lovely breeze in the garden all day long. The garden and swimming pool were newly built in February 2023 and equipped with every comfort. Fast WiFi is available throughout the villa. The space Front of the house: The villa is enclosed by an electric access gate and at the front of the villa is the front garden with tropical greenery, a seat and a carport. The backyard: The backyard of the villa offers a lot of privacy. You can enjoy the sun and the private pool with sun loungers here. You can also enjoy the covered terrace in the shade and also enjoy a delicious meal at the large table. The covered terrace overlooks the pool. In a separate room, adjacent to the house, there is a washing machine, as well as a drying rack, iron and ironing board in the house. The villa is secured with cameras at the front and back. These are only on when the villa is not occupied. During your stay, the cameras will be turned off to ensure your privacy. Swimming pool: The swimming pool has a rough coating to prevent slipping. It is recommended that children wear water shoes while playing to prevent abrasions. Living room with open kitchen: The villa has a spacious living room with modern open kitchen newly installed in 2022. The living room has a sofa and smart TV. There is also a fan in the living room that provides the necessary cooling. The kitchen has an induction hob, combi-oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and kitchen linen. There are also plenty of pots, pans, plates and cutlery. Bedrooms: In the villa there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilet. Bedroom 1: A bedroom with double bed (160x200), spacious wardrobe, chest of drawers and an en-suite bathroom with toilet and air conditioning. Bedroom 2: A bedroom with a double bed (160x200), spacious wardrobe, chest of drawers and air conditioning. Bedroom 3: A bedroom with two single beds, spacious wardrobe and air conditioning. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there is also a second bathroom in the villa. Bed linen and bath towels are provided in each bedroom. Other things to note Miscellaneous: - Deposit: €700 (must be paid 7 days before arrival) - Water costs: €8 per m3 - Electricity costs: €0.50 per KWH - 7% tourist tax calculated on the overnight rate during the booking period. Water, electricity & 7% tourist tax will be deducted from the deposit within 7 days of departure.
