Spacious home West Sac

Clean and well equipped space, family friendly and close to downtown Sacramento and Davis. We (2 people) live in this house regularly, but we rent it out when we are away. Thus, you will see some of our belongings, mostly books and plants. The space We have a 3 bedroom home in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Open living room/dining/kitchen layout, bedrooms are apart from each other and there is a room designated as an office, were you can work remotely or it can be transformed for additional sleeping space (full sofa bed). Fully equipped kitchen and gas grill outside for those who like to cook at home. The house also has an ample backyard where you can relax in the afternoon, on the sitting area or the hammocks. Master bedroom closet and garage are kept locked for storage. Washer and dryer in premises. Plenty street parking. You can also park in the driveway. Pets are not allowed in the beds or furniture. Also, there is a large doggy door so they can access the backyard themselves. Other things to note - No smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes, weed. - Not allowed to bring other people or overnight stays that were not in the original request. If you break this rules, there will be an extra charge of 75$ for cleaning.
