Easy access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail! Bikes included! Our home sleeps 8. Like having three hotel rooms, all three bedrooms have their own TV, private bathroom, KING-size bed, room darkening curtains, white noise machines, and ceiling fan to ensure a good night sleep. Rest easy! Closets in each room are ventilated, dark, and large enough to fit a pack-n-play for your little babe to sleep sound (maybe even better than at home!) We provide one pack-n-lay (Guava Lotus family) and one mini crib. Bedroom 1: KING (1st floor) Bedroom 2: KING (3rd floor) Bedroom 3: KING (3rd floor) Living Room: QUEEN sleeper sofa (2nd floor) First floor: Consists of a bedroom with KING bed, private combined tub/shower, entryway and access to the garage. In the garage contains 4 bikes INCLUDED in your stay along with helmets and bike locks. Second floor: Enjoy an open layout living space flowing into the kitchen with island breakfast bar (seats 4) and large dining table (seating 6). There is a powder room off the living space and a small deck on the second floor with outdoor seating. Enjoy coffee! There is generally a nice breeze to the deck at all times, even in the heat of summer! The sofa facing the TV opens can open into a queen sleeper bed for those needing to squeeze in an extra few guests. Third floor: To the right of the stairs, the master bedroom has a KING bed, wood floors, desk, and ensuite bathroom with large tiled shower. We purposefully have no TV in this room to maximize rest and relaxation. There is a large walk-in closet that is windowless and large enough for a pack-n-play. Across the hall, to the left of the stairs, there is a large carpeted bedroom with KING bed, private bathroom (combined tub/shower) and two large walk-in closets each large enough for a pack-n-play. Guest access You'll have access to the entire townhouse, including garage (space for 1 car) and 4 bikes (with helmets, locks, and 1 single baby/toddler trailer). Additional parking available on street or small community parking lot (1 car max). Parking pad/driveway is small and parking on the pad is not permitted. SmartLock access with personalized entry code for easy self check-in will be sent by email nearing your arrival. Smart keypad check-in for garage access. Kitchen island w/ seating for 4. ++Rental Agreement & Security Deposit++ Because we are a high-end luxury rental with free access to bikes, all guests are required to sign a rental and liability agreement and agree to a $500 security hold to complete their reservation. A link will be sent to guests after booking for easy online completion. Security hold: We don't take a security deposit. The credit card company places a hold one day prior to check-in, but there is no charge. This is similar to checking into a hotel. Seven days after check-out, the credit card hold is released unless there are excessive damages or cleaning fees. Accessing the credit card hold is very uncommon and all guests are contacted in the event of missing items, excessive damages or cleaning. ++Pet Policy++ We recognize your furry friend is an important part of your family, and we want to allow them to join you on your trip. Before booking, please ask yourself: 1) Is my pet house-trained/well-behaved? 2) Are they >1 year old? 3) Are they generally quiet without loud barking that could be disruptive to neighbors? 4) Will they be ok staying in a townhouse environment without a yard and being either crated or placed in the laundry room when you're away? If you can answer yes to all of these questions, please bring them along! Greenville is a very dog-friendly city! We are happy to provide food/water bowls, couch covers, and one medium-large crate. There is a one-time pet fee of $75 per pet (max 2 pets). The security deposit includes pet damages in the unforeseen circumstances.
