The dining room for 10 people is very bright, has an incredible ocean view, has air conditioning and a fan which provides a very cool and ventilated atmosphere. Rest in four spacious rooms decorated with handcrafted elements creating a very relaxing atmosphere, all of them have a balcony, full bathroom with necessary amenities, air conditioning, ceiling fan, Smart TV, blackout blinds, and German noise and heat insulating windows that give you a restful rest. The TV room is the ideal space to enjoy your program in the company of family or friends. You can work or study without complications, as there is high-speed internet. Parking for 3 or 4 cars is available at the villa. 4 cars. At the Clubhouse, you can enjoy a swimming pool, wading pool, children's games, bathrooms, showers, and a viewpoint to watch the sunset. The villa includes daily housekeeping and pool maintenance staff. In addition, it has a service area located on the lower level which has a separate entrance for total guest privacy. This area has a small kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms for two people and a full bathroom each, and are used in case a guest wants to travel with a service person such as a nanny, driver, or bodyguard. This service area does not appear in the listing's photos as it is intended exclusively for the use of house or guest service personnel.
