Nestled at the western foothills of Morne Trois Pitons World Heritage site, is an inspirational artistic space inspired by vernacular Caribbean & plantation style architecture with wooden pitched ceilings and eclectic Art & Antique filled interior. You are invited to to make yourself right at home. The space Unpretentious, personal, and with just the right touches of luxury our property sets the tone of real relaxation for family, friends, romantic holidays as well as elegant garden gatherings or forest retreats. We sit on 2 acres of landscaped gardens and forest where guests enjoy our 4 bedroom 5 bathroom Villa , ground-floor Pilates Studio, Creative Wellbeing Shala for yoga, breathwork, meditation, Pilates matwork, art sessions and/or meetings. Our forest-bathing path meanders through the back acre perfect for a deeply grounding and inspiring experience. Additionally, our small Creative cottage with generous veranda offers additional creative breakout space and can be made available to guests for a small fee. With our ideal central location, Harmony Villa is the ideal base from where to enjoy many waterfalls, rivers, heritage sites and hiking trails. From the Kalinago Territory, home of our Indigenious people, just 25 minutes via Horseback Ridge, Jaco Steps, site of the Negres Maroon camp in Belles 12 minutes drive as well as Jaco and Spanny's Falls and Emerald Pool all within 4 to 8 minutes drive away. The Nature Island of the Caribbean, Dominica sits in the centre of the arc of the Caribbean chain, the youngest of them all and the most mountainous per square mile. Bastion of the Kalinago, Caribbean's Indigenous People and the Negres Maroon, the escaped enslaved Africans. We are known for some of the most friendly people in the region. Guest access As our Harmony Villa is also our second home, we invite our guests to feel at home, we aim to provide as much comfort and ease for you while making every effort to ensure that our property is safe and well prepared for your enjoyment. Our Team, onsite housekeeper comes in most days and the rest of us are either there in person, or available on what's app and call should our guests need any further support. As part of your stay, a continental breakfast is provided. Other provisioning and meals can usually be arranged with a minimum of 72 hours notice. The base price listed for our Villa is based on 2 people in 1 or 2 bedrooms, there is a per guest charge of EC$75 after 2 people. Other things to note When you have reserved our Villa, you have the private use of the villa based on the number of persons you have booked for. We will provide some essentials in the pantry and refrigerator as well as some welcome Rum punch, a few beers and chilled herbal tea or other non-alcoholic beverage so it is important for us to know how many people to provide for. Whenever possible in the event of a late arrival when our guests may arrive hungry, we try to provide a meal for them. This is left for you to reheat or serve yourselves. All linen and towels are provided as well as bathroom toiletries. Claudia our housekeeper is available to assist with laundry. Because we are in the highlands of Dominica, it can usually get a little cooler in the evenings and early mornings that guests imagine, we suggest guests bring along a light sweater or jacket. And... we insist that guests make themselves at home! Leave too many expectations at home so they can just open themselves up to the beautiful restorative energy at Harmony Villa.
