The space There are two large bedrooms with king beds and one smaller room on the other side of the house with a queen bed. The fourth bed is located in the living room; it is a traditional pull-out sofa bed and is quite comfortable. Guest access This property sits on 10 acres. We want you to enjoy the home and landscape. That said, this rental agreement is for the home and surrounding yard only. Access to the pastures, shop, and barn are NOT permitted. Other things to note We have thoughtfully included a variety of items throughout the home to enhance your experience. Whether you're hosting a dinner party, playing games, or having a picnic in the backyard, we provide a wide array of amenities. These include cooking tools, serving dishes/platters, outdoor blankets, corn hole, pickleball sets, badminton, volleyball, board games, children's toys and books, workout gear, coolers, etc. We also have two full sets of Brown Bear golf clubs (one men's, one women's). If you plan to golf at Wine Valley or Veterans Memorial Golf Course and want to borrow clubs, please let us know 72 hours in advance of your check-in date and we will leave them out for you.
