The apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a dressing room and a nice view of the rooftops of Paris, a modern bathroom, a new kitchen and a large living room with two sofas. The space The apartment is on the 6th floor without elevator in a typical Marais building. From the south-facing living room, you will have a superb view of the rooftops of Paris and the street, very quiet but iconic of the neighborhood because it is very pleasant and a landmark for all the pop-up stores of new creators. The room is quiet, overlooking the courtyard. The apartment is very bright. The kitchen is new, tastefully redone in 2022. It has an oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer.
