Le Casette is located about 600 meters above sea level, immersed in the tranquility of an authentic small village on a high hill above Metato, with breathtaking views that stretch from the Apuan Alps to the sea. The last 1.5 km are a panoramic, narrow, and steep route through the countryside, which can only be traveled by compact 4x4 vehicles. For this reason, you will find absolute peace here. For your convenience, the owner provides a Fiat Panda 4x4, to be used exclusively from the house to the Metato parking lot and back. A detached vacation home in a small authentic village with only 4 houses (2 of which are inhabited), renovated while maintaining the original charm of the Tuscan stone. Spaces: The house is divided into a ground floor and a 1st floor, and accommodates up to 4 people. You will find 2 double bedrooms, both with panoramic views, cozy and cool in summer, 1 full bathroom, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and stable Wi-Fi. Outside, the real gem: a private covered veranda in wood and wicker with a dining table and lounge chairs, overlooking a 180° panorama that ranges from the Apuan Alps to the sea of Versilia. It's the perfect spot for breakfasts, outdoor lunches, and sunset aperitifs. The house is surrounded by greenery, in a private and quiet location, with the CAI trail to the top of Monte Prana passing right next to the house. Ideal for those who love hiking, mountain biking, and nature, but in just 30-40 minutes you are on the beaches of Versilia. Pets allowed with great pleasure. The veranda is the heart of relaxation, ideal for an outdoor breakfast, a sunset aperitif or simply to read a good book in peace. You will also have access to the convenient barbecue area right next to the house, perfect for grilling. Finally, the small rustic garden in the back will give you an intimate and quiet corner, surrounded by greenery, where you can really disconnect from your routine.
