Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire street level top floor of our three-level home, a spacious 2,000+ sq ft residence located at street level. Check-in is simple and contactless via a lockbox. To ensure your complete privacy, the owner-occupied lower floors and the backyard are not accessible to guests. We only rent to one group at a time, no sharing of spaces. Other things to note A/C & Power: Air conditioning is provided in all three bedrooms. The main living areas are cooled by fans and natural ocean breezes. The home is equipped with solar panels and a battery backup. During a power outage, essentials will remain on, but the A/C units cannot run on battery power during non-daylight hours. Water Supply: The home is supplied by two 600-gallon cisterns with filtered rainwater, so you will not be affected by public water shortages. Accessibility: The home is on the street level. There are two steps from the parking area to the front door, with zero interior steps once inside. Tropical Environment: You are in a tropical paradise! Expect to see local wildlife like iguanas, birds, and harmless small lizards. The home is professionally treated for pests monthly, but you may still encounter insects.
