Relaxing stay by river near historic Lincoln

The house is located in a quiet street with the river Witham right next to it. Your space has a private entrance, dedicated parking, and is fully equipped with all you need to have a relaxing stay. The private garden is fully fenced and is pet safe. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the river right outside watching swans flying by. Have a walk to the South Common (5min), Boultham Park(15m) or the city centre(25m) and finish your day in front of the fire pit. The space The space is a new build with modern architecture. It's light and bright and there is a large lantern over the kitchen and dining area. It's very quiet, and great for relaxing or as a base to explore Lincoln. There is dedicated space to work, and fast broadband (450mbit!). The sofabed is a standard “small double”; the place is set for 3 people, but message me if you need 4. Guest access This listing is for an entire place which is an annex to an older Victorian house.
