Our house is situated in a beautiful residential resort, encircling a tranquil lake sprinkled with beaches and parks - all within walking distance. The house is wonderfully spacious with lots of areas to relax, chill out or get your head down for some work. We are a 40 min drive from the CBD, 2 min walk to the bus stop, and 10 min drive to the train station ensuring you are well connected to wherever you need to be. The space We have a good sized Queen room suitable for 2 adults. Shared spaces included the bathroom, shower and toilet and the upstairs living area. If you need to get your head down with some work, you have your own desk and chair in your room, or you are welcome to work from the living areas around the house. A favorite spot of mine is in the outdoor table with a backdrop of the city You will have access to the kitchen with all it has to offer including an oven, espresso machine, microwave pots and pans! The laundry with a washing machine and overhead hangers. We also have plenty of clothes horses so you can dry your clothes. We are a relaxed couple that work full time. All 3 of us ( Tetley included ) will be happy to welcome you to our home! Guest access You will have access to your own ( shared with other guests) upstairs common area / living room with smart tv, bathroom as well as other common areas of the house. During your stay We are both full time workers. You will be able to contact us via instant messaging apps throughout the day and we will be available in the evenings. Paul works from home quite a lot, so is likely to be nearby should you need anything. Other things to note We have an adorable Labradoodle (Tetley) who will bark at you for 3mins on your arrival... then he'll be your best friend ( especially if your holding a tennis ball )
