The room includes a coffee station, bar fridge, desk, generous storage space, uncapped Wifi, and access to a full shared bathroom and a separate toilet. The property is located close to universities, corporate offices, hospitals, and major shopping centres. Safe off-street parking and a domestic service is available. Please note this is a strictly NON-SMOKING home. The space My spacious home is situated behind a large garden wall giving sufficient safe and off-street parking in a quiet suburban neighbourhood. Rooms are spacious and guests can make use of the shared areas. Guest access Guest will have access to the hearty kitchen and dining area as well as a private outdoor area that consists of sun loungers as well as a braai and undercover outdoor eating area During your stay I live on the property so you will be sharing my home with me so I am around most of the time. Other things to note Please note that this is a FEMALE ONLY - and NON SMOKING property. You will also need to like dogs as my little Jack Russel - Bella- lives here with us.
