Single room in quiet house

A small room in a quiet, friendly house in a quiet area of Newport Parnell. Bathroom and kitchen shared with the owner. Parking on the drive. Convenience store 5 mins walk away and easy access to and from the motor way. There is no tv in the room at the moment. Available for short term but not long term bookings. The space Small room with single bed. WiFi available Guest access You are free to use the bathroom and shower as required. The kitchen is also available but please just check with me first. In the summer you are welcome to sit in the back garden if you wish. During your stay After booking I can supply my mobile number in case of any issues. However I am normally at home anyway. Other things to note There is some space to park on the drive but let me know if you plan to do this. Otherwise there is limited free parking in the road. Self checkin can be arranged.
