Wi-Fi, A/C, heat • 2 Smart TVs with Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV • Fully stocked kitchen + washer/dryer • Private gated property near golf course & dining The space We have a small acreage just down the road from Shuswap national golf course. The property is gated and very secure. You can check in when ever you like as we just leave the suite unlocked ; however , there is a key for you to lock up when going out. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need to cook .The bathroom is stocked with shampoo ,conditioner, home made soap, toilet paper , tissues , towels and hair dryer. We have chickens and a rooster in their own fenced area but I don’t let them out of their house until about 8 am. The rooster is old and not too loud anymore. *Cigarettes , weed and alcohol are allowed * : ) but no smoking in suite. Vaping in suite is allowed . You can party all day and all night so long as it’s just the two of you. : ) * if you are a lover of all thing’s beige and don’t tolerate colours very well ….this won’t be your cup of of tea. 😂 * please read my cancellation policy before booking. If you are looking for either , this suite is not the right fit for you. We are a 11 or 12 minute drive to downtown Salmon arm and Canoe public beach. Also before booking please keep in mind that the suite is very small and may not be suitable for people who don’t get around well in small spaces. The couch /sofa is a very small sectional that was made to fit the space. It is adequate for sure, but maybe not the best in size or comfort. The shower is also small and may not be suitable for everyone. No children/pets My cancelation policy is moderate and requires you to cancel 5 days before checking in for a full refund.
