The Play room behind the Garage is for indoor games such as Table Games and Basketball Arcade Game. 2nd fl: after walking up from 1st fl, this is a open floor design with outdoor seatings on Rear Balcony, Living Room with sofa that can sleep 1 and TV on the right side, fully equipped Kitchen with spacious Island countertop in the middle of floor safeguard by a Fire Extinguisher on the left of Stove; towards left is the dining room and Front Balcony as well as half Bathroom. 3rd fl: as you step up to the 3rd fl, the first storage on the right is locked for non-guest purpose, next to it is the Master Bedroom with King Bed that can sleep 2 and a dedicated Balcony with outdoor seating, finished with glass swing door and tiled shower. Washer, Dryer, Iron and table are located in the middle of the floor behind double folding door. Furth to the Left is the Kid's Suite that can sleep 4 with full size bathroom and tub. 4th fl: to the right of 4th floor is a storage room available to guests, the left Attic Room is locked for non-guest purpose. The Guest Suite that can sleep 4 is furnished with a full size bed, a under bed, a sofa bed, with night stands, table and cabinet, finished with full size Bathroom and tub. This four-story home are all open to guests except, utility room on 1st fl; 3rd fl storage room locked with code, and 4th fl attic room locked. Guests can enjoy all 3 balconies and utilize the garage as extra storage room, but do not park the car in garage. This neighborhood has access to boat deck on the left of the building, where guests can load kayaks from the garage. When following the wooden trail to the boat deck, please be cautious that there's a steep step down as the trail leads toward the side of the building near boat deck.
