Foul-smelling food are not allowed to be cooked at the kitchen. Please wash the dishes and keep the area clean. Broken appliances due to improper use will have corresponding charges. No shoes inside the unit. Kindly leave shoes at the shoe rack provided at the doorstep. Guests who wish to use the swimming pool should bring clothes and change at the pool bathroom area. Wet guests are not allowed to use the elevator and should not enter the unit. Wet carpet will have an additional charge of 2000php for cleaning fee. Kids should not be left unattended. Kindly turn off air conditioning unit specially when unit is unattended. Please do not leave any appliance on when not in use. No party allowed.
