The living room + 100 m2 with a table for 12 created with a press tray, a living room, 7 m under ceiling, where you can relax with foosball and the attached cinema. The kitchen and bar, open to the living room, are fully equipped to cook and enjoy with guests (powder coffee maker, grain sworn and ice maker). On this same floor, you will have 2 bedrooms: 160/200 and 2 beds 90/200, with a bathroom and an independent toilet. On the 2nd floor, there are 2 spaces available to you: - One with 2 bedrooms, one with a 160/200 bed and the other 2 90/200 beds that can be combined on request. On the landing, you have a bathroom and an independent toilet. - The other with 2 bedroom suites, each with a 160/20 bed, a bathroom and its own toilet. Linens and towels are included in the price, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
