The space There is a bathroom, entry & kitchen area, seperate living room and a sleeping room which is connected to the living room. The appartment is on the third floor. Guest access You will have the whole appartment for yourself :-) Other things to note Just to make everything clear, notice some details: -Please notice, that in Berlin a "Berlin City Tax" has to be charged (5% of the daily rent, you can see it already included in the charged airbnb fees) -Being a typical Berlin "Altbau", the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator -There is no smoking/parties allowed in the flat -There are certain check-in/check-out times. Check-ins/-outs apart from these times are only possible upon prior request -I live sustainable and minimalistic, so I don´t have a dish-washer, microwave, oven and washing machine, there is a washing center close by though -Futons are a bit firm to sleep on, if you´re not used to it.
