Enjoy your stay on a modern setting among with an emphatic garden setup with City and Sea Views, only 9km from Heraklion City. The space Τhe whole property you see in the photos is private. Τhe whole apartment, the pool, the hammam, the home cinema, the garden and the bbq are used exclusively from you who will book your stay at the Green Sight Apartment. The space consists of: Pool Area: Private Heated* Swimming Pool (3.50mx6.2m) with sunbeds and a mini table. There is also a "nest swing" where you can read your book by the pool and enjoy the garden, pool and sea view. *Heated Pool: The pool is not heated by default. If you would like to enjoy the cozy warmth of a heated pool during your stay, please let us know in advance. The option to have the pool heated is offered at an additional cost. If an agreement is reached, the extra cost will be added to the total amount of your payment in the platform through a special offer. For more information please review our additional rules. Steam & Aromatotherapy Room: Private, Hammam Style, marble Steam Room inside the apartment and at guest's disposal! Kitchen: fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso, etc.), toaster, etc. The first lounge: where you can enjoy the garden & pool view through the large open patio doors. Combined with the "nest" swing, it is ideal for you to relax. In this space you will also find a comfortable, five-seater sofa, coffee table and a 50 "TV. The second lounge: (where there is a sofa, with extra Memory Foam Mattress when turned to bed) you can watch your favorite movie in a specially designed place with true Home Cinema experience, surround sound 5.1 and an 100" projection screen. You can easily "cast" your favourite platform (netflix, Disney, prime video, spotify)to the Projector screen or the speakers with the chromecast device that is provided. The bedroom: consists of a double bed, a TV, a dedicated luggage area, and a small desk. The bathroom: where there is a washing machine, a hydro-shower and a silent 24/7 vendilation system. There are 2 A/C modules than can cover the whole apartment. There is also an air purifier in the living room. The Green Sight Apartment is ideal for families with infants under 2 years old as we can offer you from swing, cot and high chair to sterilized baby bottle and ISO Fix with seat for your car. *Breakfast* We are delighted to offer the option of breakfast at our villa.
