Welcome to an oasis in the city with its own private pool and three bedrooms. This gated town house is walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Uber or renting a car is recommended. This villa is only a short drive or Uber from all things San Juan has to offer. Enjoy all the space and amenities of home. Perfect for families or a small group of friends. Please note this community is primarily residential and enforces quiet hours from 9-9am. The space This townhouse is located in a secure, gated community. Its is three floors featuring your own private pool and lounge area in back. On the main level you have the kitchen, dining, and living room. Second floor is a loft style bedroom with queen bed and a private balcony. The room has curtains for privacy to the main level. There is also a full bathroom on this level. On the top level you’ll find a primary room with queen bed and a full on-suite bathroom. Also there is another bedroom room featuring two queen size beds. Outside you have a covered lounge area next to your own private pool. Guest access Entire house Other things to note This space is a great place to unwind and enjoy friends or family. However due to it being primarily residential, it isn’t suited for hosting guests looking to play loud music and have parties. Quiet hours are from 9pm-9am.. Early check in and late check out is $30 per hour before/after when available. Please let me know if something you are interested in and I can accommodate when possible.
