In the heart of the city, located 1 minute from the train station facing the barges, overlooking a magnificent view of the St Félix canal, you are a few meters from the mythical Lieu Unique and the Cité des Congrès. Nantes' top sights, such as the Jardin des Plantes, the castle, the cathedral and the many restaurants in the Bouffay district are also close by. Apartment located on the 4th floor without elevator access but the views are exceptional. The space The apartment offers 1 bedroom (160 x 200 bed) and a second bed in the living room (160 x 200 slatted sofa bed). Living room and bedroom have a view of the canal. Southwest-facing. The apartment also has a kitchen (oven, microwave, toaster) facing east, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. I would like to point out that this is also my living space. Books, magazines, piano (digital) and personal items remain on site. The atmosphere is, I hope, friendly and "lively".
