Welcome to our tranquil lakeside retreat on beautiful Lake Papakeechie! Nestled in the shores of a serene non motor lake, our charming cottage offers the perfect getaway for those seeking a relaxing escape where you can swim, fish, kayak or sit and enjoy the water! 10 minutes from Lake Wawasee, all sports lake. The space Bathroom (lower level) and kitchen is on lower level and is stocked with and just about any type of cooking utensils you need. Both bedrooms are upstairs. Combo gas/charcoal grill on patio. Please review photos or ask questions. Cottage has a lot of steps, inside and out. Please review photos carefully. Paddle boat and kayaks unavailable in winter through April. Please note: Absolutely no pets allowed on furniture or beds. If you can't control them then please don't bring them. There will be an addtional $100 if extra cleaning is needed due to pet hair. Guest access Whole house except locked closet upstairs. Other things to note Combo gas/charcoal grill - please bring your own charcoal, etc. Please turn propane off when done. Please clean after each use. Firepit with seating. Please bring dry firewood. Smart TV mounted to enjoy- log in to your subscription. Fast WIFI provided to stream Reminder: There are absolutely no motors of any kind allowed on the lake. There is no smoking, parties, or loud music allowed. Please do not move the furniture. Respect quiet hours: 10:00pm-8:00am. Please keep pets off furniture. Must clean up after pet in yard! We will charge an additional $200 if we have to remove pet waste.
