A TV screen with HDMI cable is available but it does not receive channels. This cottage has been in our family for several generations (since 1850). We are delighted to welcome you to our home. The cottage is located in a quiet village, making it an ideal holiday spot to rest and enjoy the mountain activities. You will have at your disposal: - a bedroom with 1 double bed, with access to the balcony; - a second family room with 1 double bed and 2 single bunk beds; - a living room with access to the balcony; - a large equipped kitchen (fitted out in autumn 2022); - a bathroom (bathtub) and separate toilet; - a large west-facing balcony (redone in autumn 2020); - a large lot (not fenced). The interior structure of the chalet is wooden. You will be located -7 km from Albertville (and all shops) - 4 km from the Grignon lake (supervised swimming in summer, shaded lawn) -40 km from the resort of Les Saisies and its large ski area (alpine and Nordic). In summer: many mountain bike trails, horseback riding, mechanical sledding, hiking, archery, etc. (inquire on the resort's website). -21 km from Miolans Castle -16 km from the Fort de Tamié and its acrofort site (tree climbing site, inflatable structures for children, walk in the fort etc.) - 11 km from Wam Park de Savoie (aquatic leisure center) -51 km from the old town of Annecy (the first beaches are closer). - 52 km from Chambéry (its castle, its square, its historic center). -26 km from Beaufort (and its famous cheese, its dairy cooperative to visit with its cellars).
