The house is shared with another guest and rented by Airbnb. Other things to note WE APPRECIATE THAT YOU READ THE ENTIRE LISTING INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING, THAT THE LOCATION IS CONVENIENT FOR YOUR ACTIVITIES, IN ADDITION TO CHECK THE CANCELLATION POLICY Garbage disposal is in the dumpster at the corner of Adelaide Dr, we don't have a daily trash collector. The Community Pool is at the entry main gate, close to the mailbox. Please know that you will need to provide your own food, toiletries & cleaning supplies such as dishwasher detergent, dishwashing soap during your stay. We provide toilet paper, paper towels, soap & dishwasher soap but once these supplies are used you will need to purchase more. Also, please note that the home will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. There will NOT be a daily cleaning service. If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, we recommend cleaning biweekly, which we can schedule and discuss pricing with you. Keep the common areas cleaned such as the bathroom, kitchen area, and living room. YOU CAN'T SEND PACKAGES. IF YOU NEED TO SEND PARCELS, CONTACT US FIRST TO COORDINATE ANOTHER ADDRESS, A SMALL FEE CAN BE APPLIED. Florida is notorious for its prolific insect life like ants, roaches, lizards, and bugs, for that reason, the homes are treated both inside and out. Ants are the most prevalent and annoying pests - they feed on a variety of foods such as sugars, syrups, jelly, grease, cookies, and meats. Therefore, to make your stay more comfortable, please don't leave food or drinks on the countertops, in the wastebasket, and especially on the pool deck. Please, know that dirty or damp clothes are the favorite hiding place for insects and lizards. Please do not leave any door or window open, increases insect infestation. A kitchen, backyard patio, living room, and entrance will be shared with other guests. It's a great way to get to know fellow travelers!
