The space Our 1950s-style architecture villa is entirely air-conditioned and has a total surface area of 220m2 on 2 floors + 110m2 of terrace. The house was fully refurbished in 2020. WIFI fibre is provided in all rooms of the house. The 900m2 of garden surround the building. It is planted with mediterranean vegetation, magnificent umbrella pines and grass. It is entirely secured and fenced. Level 0 of the villa is reached by a few steps and comprises : - A large lounge terrace with large sofas and a coffee table. - An entrance hall serving 5 guest bedrooms of approx. 25m2 each. - An air-conditioned master suite with 180cm bed, large open-plan cupboards and large picture windows opening onto a terrace. All materials are of the highest quality. This master bedroom has an open marble bathroom with walk-in shower, large mirror and washbasin, as well as a bathtub set in a corner, in front of a window facing the garden. The shutters are operated electrically. This room is also equipped with a wide-screen television. - 4 other identical bedrooms with individual climate control complete this floor.
