Family chalet to enjoy nature

Our spacious villa of 222m2 with a great outdoor space of more than 700m2 is located in an urbanization at El Casar, half an hour from Guadalajara and just in the border with Madrid region, closed to Jarama river. It has a private-use summer pool (with a 3-hour circulation cycle), barbacue, and a large additional room with sofas, dining table and bar to enjoy with the family in the lower part of the house. Also, you can enjoy hiking in the near routes of Mesones. The space The house within an urbanisation is divided into two floors and has views to the nature. As you can see in the photos, the villa consists of the following spaces. MAIN FLOOR - a lounge area with sofa, TV, fireplace and balcony - a dining area with a dining table and views outside - a porch with table and some seats to have a rest - the independent and equipped kitchen - the sleeping area is arranged as follows: * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 150x200 * 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) and a desk * 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) - 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub. The floors are independent of each other, accessed by external stairs. LOWER FLOOR - Large living room with *Private bar area with dining table. ***TO KNOW: The sink on the upper floor does not work well at all. It is a warm and welcoming space, well used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. ⚠️ Important Notice The pool is delivered in optimal condition for swimming at the beginning of your stay. This pool is privately managed. The water circulation system does not operate 24 hours a day, so guests are kindly asked to use the pool responsibly to help maintain water quality during their stay. If more detailed cleanings of the pool are required during your stay, these will incur an additional cost. Likewise, if you wish to request changes of bed linens or towels during your stay, these services will also carry an extra charge. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property. Towels, bed linen and hand soap are provided. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property is equipped with air conditioning by means of 3 air conditioner units with heat pump in the living room and the 3 bedrooms. The property is heated by an individual oil boiler for the radiators on the main floor and a pellet boiler downstairs. Hot water is provided by an oil boiler. Additionally, the private pool is operational from early June until the first week of September. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us :) For the fireplace and barbecue, we do not provide firewood although it may be left in the house from previous visits. If you come by car, you will have access to a private outdoor parking with the possibility of 2 to 3 cars depending on the size. Parking on the street is free and available. Other things to note If you are arriving after 20h00, please read the house rules carefully so that we can organise your arrival. :) Legal registration of travellers according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 and Royal Decree 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need the identification details of all travellers. This will only be requested for confirmed bookings, a few days before arrival via an online registration. Failure to provide the requested data before arrival will result in the cancellation of the booking without refund. Thank you for your understanding.
