From November to March, outside the thermal spa season, enjoy exclusive use of our entire Verdunélia residence, fully renovated in 2023 and officially rated 4★. With 325 m² of space and accommodation for up to 15 guests, Verdunélia is ideal for family gatherings, holidays with friends or small corporate retreats. ► A PERFECT SET-UP FOR GROUPS What makes Verdunélia special? You can all stay together… while everyone still enjoys their own space and privacy! The residence is made up of several self-contained apartments. Five provide your private living and sleeping areas, each with its own kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The sixth, the Antonin apartment, becomes the heart of the group during private stays, with the main kitchen, a large dining area where everyone can eat together, a lounge and a dedicated children's area. And of course, the entire residence and all its shared facilities are exclusively reserved for your group throughout your stay. ► 70 M² TO RELAX & HAVE FUN TOGETHER On the ground floor, enjoy a large communal lounge featuring: • sofas and a relaxation area • pool table and table tennis • table football • projector and large screen • Bluetooth speaker • board games and a library • toys, books and dressing-up costumes for children • popcorn machine for your movie nights ► WELLNESS & RELAXATION Upstairs, your private wellness area features a sauna for 4 to 5 people, a chaise longue and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. In the garden, relax in the Nordic hot tub, heated over a wood fire to approximately 38°C. A wonderful experience, especially in winter! You will also have access to a large terrace and a pétanque court. ► TIME TO EAT TOGETHER! For group meals, the Antonin apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all the tableware required for 15 guests. Tables and chairs are arranged so everyone can enjoy meals together. For relaxed evenings with family and friends, you will also find raclette grills, fondue sets, crêpe makers, a plancha grill, food processors, hand blenders and plenty of other useful kitchen equipment. Each of the other five apartments also has its own fully equipped kitchen. ► YOUR SLEEPING AREAS After enjoying time together, everyone can retreat to the peace and privacy of their own apartment. Verdunélia can accommodate up to 15 guests. If your group is slightly larger, our second residence is located right next door. Subject to availability, you can book one or more additional apartments in our neighbouring residence, allowing us to accommodate groups of up to 18 guests in total. This option is available on request and subject to availability. Please send us a message before booking so that we can suggest the best arrangement for your group. ► 7 BATHROOMS & 7 TOILETS A real advantage when travelling as a group! Each apartment has its own bathroom and toilet. The Antonin apartment has a bathtub, while the sauna area also has its own shower room and toilet. In total, you will have 7 bathrooms (6 showers and 1 bathtub) and 7 toilets. ► CHILDREN ARE VERY WELCOME We have thought of families too, so you can travel a little lighter. Available free of charge are: 2 travel cots, 2 high chairs, a baby bouncer, baby monitor, changing mats, baby bath seat and toilet seat reducer. Children also have their own dedicated area with toys, books and dressing-up costumes. ► ARRIVE & RELAX – EVERYTHING IS READY! Séverine & Christian VILLA VOGELINE Guest access During your stay, you will have exclusive use of the entire Verdunélia residence: no other guests will be staying on the property. Your group will have exclusive access to: • the 5 private apartments: Célestine, Esteban, Apolline, Célian and Elina • the Antonin apartment, set up as the main dining and social area • the large 70 m² communal room with pool table, table football, table tennis and home cinema area • the wellness area with sauna and shower room • the garden, terrace, Nordic hot tub and pétanque court • the laundry room with washing machines, tumble dryers and additional kitchen appliances The entire residence is truly yours during your stay: enjoy spending time together in the communal areas, while still having the privacy and comfort of your own apartments. Full instructions for accessing the residence and the individual apartments will be provided before your arrival, so you can settle in easily and enjoy a stress-free start to your stay. For parking, **one private parking space is available directly in front of the residence**. Additional **free parking is available nearby** for the other vehicles in your group. Other things to note ► EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE RESIDENCE This listing is for the exclusive use of the entire Verdunélia residence, available mainly from November to March, outside the thermal spa season. No other guests will be staying in the residence during your stay. ► CAPACITY Bookings for Verdunélia are limited to a maximum of **15 guests, including adults and children**. For groups of up to 18 guests, additional apartments may be available in our second residence located right next door. This option is available **on request and subject to availability**. ► NORDIC HOT TUB Our Nordic hot tub is traditionally heated **with a wood fire**. It therefore works differently from an electric spa or Jacuzzi: heating the water takes time and is part of the experience! We will provide you with all the necessary instructions when you arrive so that you can enjoy it safely and comfortably. ► CHECK-OUT & LATE CHECK-OUT On your departure day, the residence must be vacated by 10:00 am. Would you like to enjoy Verdunélia a little longer? Subject to availability, we can offer a late check-out until 6:00 pm for an additional €150. This option must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. In particular, late check-out cannot be offered when another group is arriving at the residence on the same day. ► PETS Pets are welcome **with prior approval**. An additional fee of €20 applies per stay. ► RESPECT FOR THE PROPERTY & OUR NEIGHBOURS Verdunélia is perfect for family gatherings, holidays with friends and spending quality time together. However, the residence is located in the heart of the village, so we kindly ask you to respect our neighbours, particularly in the evening and when using the outdoor areas. Parties and events likely to cause excessive noise or disturbance are not permitted.
