A large screen TV sound system and array of books will ensure you get some well deserved me-time. Enjoy meals at home on the charming round dining table with matching blush pink chairs. The kitchen is roomy and bright with a long wrap around bench, a large sunny window and contemporary appliances. Enjoy a sound sleep in the peaceful and cosy bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a generous king size bed, where you can indulge in an extended sleep in with the aid of air conditioning and block out blinds, or enjoy unlimited entertainment on the large screen Smart TV with all the apps at your fingertips. An ensuite bathroom adjoins the room for your privacy and comfort. The second bedroom is perfect for kids with two sets of bunk beds amongst air conditioning. The main bathroom has a pop of colour with funky and unique blush pink painted tiling. Unwind with a hot soak in the full length bath or a relaxing shower. Feel fresh and at home with the use of the private washer and dryer. When you’re out exploring you’ll love coming home to a secure garage to swiftly park and relax at home in an instant. Enjoy the ease of parking in the building's secure garage, for those days when you just want to roam Coogee on foot or spend the day at the beach. Please note that there is no lift available in the building. To reach the apartment, you will need to climb two sets of stairs, each with seven flights. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself. Please make yourself at home! Other things to note Please read and respect the house rules. Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. ~ Additional Cleaning Fee ~ For stays of 10+ nights, an additional fee applies (charged separately): 10–11 nights $30 | 12–14 nights $60 | 15–20 nights $120 | 21+ nights $150. ~ Linen ~ Please note that we supply just the one set of linens for each stay, regardless of the length of the stay. We use a linen service which includes professionally laundered and delivered linen and this is already includes as part of your clean fee. There is one bath towel per guest for your entire stay and one bathroom set per bathroom which includes 2 face towels, 2 hand towels and 1 bath mat. Any spare linen we keep on site are not for use during your stay. If you do use any component of these linen or bath sets, we will need to charge for the use since we hire these items. The additional charge for open and used linens are: $7.20 for bath sets, $35 for bed sets, $10.30 for bath towels ~ Second Bedroom Bunks ~ 2 x single bunks (accommodates up to 4 people). These are known as long-single bunks (195cm long head-to-toe) and can sleep adults comfortably. ~ Baby Items ~ There is a portable travel cot available at the property which we can set up for you if requested. Unless specified, the portable travel cot will be placed in the master bedroom of the property. Note that our portable travel cots do not come with linens (sheets) or pillows. You would need to supply these items yourself. The property also has a highchair available, which we can have set up for you if requested. ~ Tiny Visitors ~ Sydney is a warm, urban city, and occasionally a bug or two may find its way inside, sometimes through a window or balcony door. This property has been professionally treated at the start of summer and a spray is provided as a backup. This can occur and is quite common in city homes, and does not reflect the cleanliness of the property.
