Welcome! Completely private apartment with it's own entrance, this suite has clean lines and modern furnishings. Within walking distance to downtown, Inglewood is full of great restaurants, art galleries and boutiques with 3 gorgeous parks to enjoy just blocks away. Parking is available on the street as and behind the house. Airport pick up and drop off is $40. Please let me know if you need a ride! The space Easy access from the airport and Deerfoot Trail make this place ideally situated for the business traveller. For visitors, you can reach memorial drive and go west to Banff within minutes. This suite has everything you need to make your stay convenient. Brand new renovated bathroom with a shower and an open concept kitchen where you can make your own meals. One big Queen bed for your comfort with quality linens in a cozy and dark bedroom. A small blow up bed for kids is also available that can be provided upon request. *Laundry available in the common area. Please provide your own soap and do full loads of laundry as much as possible if you use the washer. Guest access The back yard is available to you and it has a barbeque as well as a firepit and seating area. Parking is behind the fence in the back and there is a plug in. Other things to note The cieling is lowered in the middle of the suite. The house was built in 1960 and the floors on the main level are wood. You may hear the floors creak and the upstairs tenant walking around. Please use the fan in the kitchen when cooking or making toast. The new smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are extremely sensitive. The fan switch is located under the shelf in the kitchen on the wall. The fan is very quiet so pls remember to switch it off. If you do unintentionally set the alarm off, go to the nearest detector located on the ceiling in the hallway. Press and hold the green light until the alarm ceases. Note: During the months of May and June, the mountains and parks in Alberta have a LOT of ticks.
