Guest suite in Yakima

My name is Iris. I am a world traveler and would like to provide a nice place for people who would prefer to have a clean home away from their homes. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood in West Valley, Yakima. This private unit has two suites with a full kitchen, a separate entrance and its own garage. It is newly renovated in 2019. Printing service and paper threader can be provided when requested. The space The house is close to Rosauers Supermarket Plaza. You will find a comfortable memory foam Queen bed with high quality sheets, an alarmed clock with a USB charger on the back, basic dishes/utensils, coffee/tea machine, a full kitchen and a combined washer/dryer. You will also find fresh eggs and oatmeal should you decide to cook a little in the morning. There are garage parking and off street parking for the unit. Guest access Both the garage door and the entry door are digitalized. We will send you the codes the day before your arrival. The unit with two guest suites has the full kitchen, Cable TV and the private backyard patio to its own.
