With air conditioning, Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house. The space The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance right next to the terrace. The 21 m² terrace with sun loungers, dining table and parasol borders the garden and has mountain views. The open living and dining area has a modern kitchen, a round table for four and a pull-out sofa bed for two with a large smart TV. The bedroom has a double bed with reading lamps, a smart TV and a door straight into the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso, kettle and toaster. Modern bathroom with large glass shower, toilet and hairdryer. Air conditioning and underfloor heating, roller blinds and insect screens on all windows. Cot, high chair and washing machine on request. Guest access The big garden with lawn, table tennis and barbecue is shared by all guests of the apartment house and holiday home. Fruit and berries are free to pick depending on the season. Use the handcart to bring beach gear down to the lake. Bikes stay in the locked bike room with e-bike charging, tools and video surveillance. Free parking right in front of the house and an EV charging station (11 kW). Other things to note Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out by 9 am, other times on request. Final cleaning and local tourist tax are charged separately. Dogs are welcome on request (max. 2). From May to October, the Aktiv Card Südkärnten is included free from the first night. It offers over 30 activities such as guided bike and hiking tours, SUP and snorkelling, plus free train travel throughout Carinthia. Streaming subscriptions are not included.
