This home boasts an abundance of natural light, creating a warm and inviting space to hang out. Enjoy your afternoon lounging on the chaise sofa while catching up on your favorite series on the 50-inch smart TV. The internet speed is >500 mbps for those of you who work from home or just can't stand slow internet. The living room and kitchen have fantastic light throughout the day, but the bedrooms are fitted with 100% blackout curtains for those working night shifts. The bathroom is also well lit and airy and, of course, has plenty of towels of assorted sizes. The washer and drier are located in the clean, open basement. There's also plenty of storage in the basement in case you need it. A portion of the basement has been partially finished to provide a designated workspace, which can also serve as a workout area. The space includes a desk that's been outfitted with a desk lamp and a 27" monitor, a desk chair, loveseat with ottoman, and a side table. The home is conveniently located with quick access to Rt 8, nearby interstates, hospitals, and neighboring cities. Downtown Akron is a quick 6-minute drive. It's 9 minutes to Akron Children's Hospital, 8 minutes to Summa Health System - Akron Campus, 11 minutes to Cleveland Clinic Akron General, and 10 minutes to the University of Akron. There are plenty of local restaurants to try in the area including those in trendy downtown Cuyahoga Falls, which is a short 6-minute drive. Do you enjoy breweries? You'll be centered in the middle of 10 local breweries. Pick one! If you're an explorer, the area is brimming with county Metro Parks full of picnic shelters, trails, and all sorts of activities. For non-emergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. -All guests must be 25+ except for children with parents. -4 people max. -There is a camera above the back patio door facing the street. It is for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the camera, you will be asked to leave immediately. -No late checkout or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late, there will be a $50 charge per event. -No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control. -We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper and paper towels.
